When will my order ship?
Our volunteer team fulfills orders on Sunday mornings. We aim to ship orders the week they are received, and all orders are shipped within three weeks. If you need your order urgently, email email@example.com, and we’ll do our best to help!
Can I pick my order up at my campus?
Local pickup is only available at the Anderson Campus. If you’d like to pick-up your order, select Local Pickup for free shipping at checkout. We’ll have it ready for you in VHQ the following Sunday afternoon.
Can I exchange/return my order?
We'd be glad to help you if there's something wrong with your order. We accept returns and exchanges, but only within 60 days of your original order. If today is within 60 days of your original order and you want to return or exchange it, click here.

The NewSpring Store doesn’t have a physical location. Shop online anytime, day or night, at newspring.cc/store.
